My name is Adam but I also go by my last name Suskin. I'm currently the founder and CEO of Crouton. I am deeply interested in the future of work and how AI is changing the way we work.
After graduating from Georgia Tech, I worked at Palantir in US Government, primarily tech leading one of the largest contract deals in its history.
In early 2022, I joined Candid Health as an engineering lead. We helped healthcare customers focus on better patient care by freeing them from the complexities of claim billing. I took a lot of features from 0 to 1, helped 5x our company headcount, and worked with leadership to keep our engineering operations in check.
At the end of 2023, I decided to finally jump at an opportunity I've been wanting to pursue for a long time: being a starter. I started working on Crouton, a living map of people, teams, and organizational structure.
In fall 2024, I went to Y Combinator where I pivoted around and learned a lot more about AI and the future of work. We came out of the batch working on app store infrastructure and agentic coding called Upshift.
As of 2026, I'm in New York City working full-time on Crouton! We're working with companies from 50 to 5000 employees on org legibility and business ops workflows.
